Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for releases.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are well understood and translated into feasible technical solutions.
Understand technical limitations and constraints of the underlying platform to provide realistic recommendations.
Support clinical trials data and processes with a deep focus on accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
Prepare and manage validation plans for all key releases.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivered solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in clinical research or life sciences domain.
Strong knowledge of clinical trials processes and data management practices.
Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to clearly articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with validation plans and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
Familiarity with data platforms, limitations, and integration concepts.
Preferred
Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.
