Sr Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for releases.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are well understood and translated into feasible technical solutions.
• Understand technical limitations and constraints of the underlying platform to provide realistic recommendations.
• Support clinical trials data and processes with a deep focus on accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
• Prepare and manage validation plans for all key releases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivered solutions.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in clinical research or life sciences domain.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials processes and data management practices.
• Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with validation plans and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
• Familiarity with data platforms, limitations, and integration concepts.
  
  

Preferred

• Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.
