We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Sales & Business Development Associate to support our growing marketplace. In this role, you will partner closely with sellers, acting as a trusted point of contact to help them succeed on our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and business development within a fast-paced e-commerce environment

This role offers a unique chance to learn the foundations of sales and business development while directly contributing to seller and marketplace growth. You will gain exposure to the end-to-end seller lifecycle—from onboarding to business expansion—while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Serve as the first point of contact for sellers, building strong working relationships and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

Conduct regular check-ins with sellers to understand their business goals and challenges.

Provide personalized guidance on platform features, promotions, and best practices to drive growth.

Support new seller onboarding by helping them list products, set up operations, and understand marketplace processes.

Assist sellers in optimizing their operations and exploring expansion opportunities.

Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and connect sellers with the right tools and resources.

Share insights on category trends, performance benchmarks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, category managers) to execute seller growth initiatives.
