Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our core banking solutions. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure the delivery of high-quality software and optimal system performance.

Job Responsibilities**

• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Engage in Action Planning to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation for technical initiatives.
• Perform Application Development tasks, including coding, debugging, and testing, using various programming languages and tools.
• Conduct thorough Assessment of existing systems and proposed solutions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiently utilize skills in Compiling and Decompiling Code for analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Execute Computer System Configuration and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Apply strong Digital Literacy to navigate and leverage various digital platforms, tools, and resources effectively.
• Actively Document and Model User Requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications and design.
• Design and develop intuitive Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) to enhance user experience and system usability.
• Provide essential Information Technology (IT) Support, resolving technical issues and ensuring system availability.
• Execute comprehensive IT Testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Manage Portal Server Configuration and administration, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility.
• Oversee Program Installation and Versioning of software applications and updates.
• Contribute to User Experience (UX) Design, focusing on creating user-friendly and efficient interfaces.
