Responsibilities
SSE - Axiom Developer
- Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.
- Take accountability of delivering high quality code as per timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to complete deliverables.
- Record management for production incident/errors and engage/notify team.
- Participate in production incidents resolution with stakeholder/management.
- Manage application/infrastructure production configuration/processes/releases.
- Get mentored/groomed on the best practices followed in the software industry.
- Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle
- Write well-designed, testable code
- Envisioning system features and functionality
- Ensure application designs conform with business goals
- Develop and test software with high quality and standards.
- Contributing by performing production support and resolving the issues in timely manner.
- Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
- Set priority on work product as per the agreed iteration goals.
- Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices
- Should be flexible to work and support Paris hours.

- Axiom Developer
- Minimum Qualifications
- Hands on Axiom application development experience.
- Hands on of ETL, Database Development experience.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Axiom and should have delivered projects using Axiom.
- Well versed with Freeform report building and Taxonomy reports.
- Experience in developing and performance tuning of reports, Deployments.
- Strong in Oralce PLSQL & Unix.
- 5+ years of application building experience in a professional environment.
- Good Understanding of modern and traditional databases and SQL
- Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a full team.
- Good Problem Solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
