Software Test Engineer-Apps

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Software Testing Engineer - Apps (m/f/d) to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will take ownership of mobile app testing processes, develop automated test frameworks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile applications to ensure efficient and scalable test execution.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test processes, cases, results, and regularly report testing progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to continuously improve testing processes and quality standards.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with minimum 5 years experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Gherkin syntax for behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Hands-on experience with Appium; knowledge of Selenium for parallelizing Appium instances is a plus.
• Experience with Compose (Android) and SwiftUI (iOS) mobile frameworks is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Docker is a plus; excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
