About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Software Development Engineer II (SDE 2) to join our growing frontend team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable user interfaces for our core applications. With 2-5 years of experience, you will be expected to own medium-to-large features end-to-end, contribute significantly to architectural decisions, and ensure operational excellence. While our primary stack is React.js, we highly value diverse frontend experience and the ability to integrate with various backend services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Feature Ownership & Development: Independently design, develop, and deploy medium-to-large, complex features using React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3/Styled Components
• System Integration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to define API specifications (REST/GraphQL) and integrate frontend components seamlessly
• Architectural Contribution: Actively participate in frontend architectural discussions, implementing patterns that ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Code Quality & Review: Lead thorough code reviews, championing best practices, test coverage, and high standards across the teams codebase
• Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor application performance (load times, rendering, memory usage) and implement fixes using profiling tools
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical feedback to junior developers (SDE 1s) on best coding practices and problem-solving
  
  

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in developing large-scale, production-ready frontend applications
• Deep expertise in React.js (including Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle)
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Proven experience with advanced state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, MobX, Zustand)
• Strong experience in writing comprehensive unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack,Vite), package managers (npm/yarn), and version control (Git)
