The Hats You Will Wear

• Design, develop, and optimize responsive web applications using React JS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement new features.
• Ensure high-quality code, including proper testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Optimize application performance to provide an exceptional user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  
  

The Perfect Fit

• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React JS and related technologies (Redux, React Hooks, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of modern web development tools such as Webpack, Babel, or ESLint.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  

Your Edge Over the Rest

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

Gaurav Mittal - Gaurav is the Co-Founder and the CEO of the company. He has more than 20 yrs of experience and has worked with organisations like Zeta, Matchmove, Mastercard, Amex and ICICI Bank.

Himanshu Agrawal - Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology. He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 14 yrs of experience working with organisations like Amazon and DE Shaw.

Puneet Sharma - Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 12 years of experience working with organisations like BharatPe, Avail Finance
