Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Software Architect to spearhead our software development and architectural initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise across Java, .Net, UI technologies, cloud platforms, and database solutions like PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DBX Delta. You will lead the design of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals, mentor teams, and contribute to the evolution of our technical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership:
• Define, design, and implement robust architecture strategies for enterprise-scale applications.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for system design and development.
• Oversee the integration of diverse technologies to build scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.
• Technology Innovation:
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Drive the adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and platforms to enhance technical capabilities.
• Database Expertise:
• Architect efficient and optimized solutions using PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DBX Delta.
• Ensure data systems are high-performing, scalable, and meet analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop and oversee strategies for database management, query optimization, and cloud data solutions.
• Cloud Solutions:
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure cloud strategies maximize performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• UI Technology Excellence:
• Design and guide the implementation of responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and modern UI/UX best practices.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams to enhance skills and foster innovation.
• System Optimization:
• Ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and optimized for peak performance.

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Java, .Net, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DBX Delta.
• In-depth understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable software solutions.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps principles.
