Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows to ensure high-quality delivery of CRM solutions. You will work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to design and execute test plans that support successful deployments and enhancements.

• Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications.
• Validate custom objects, workflows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and APIs.
• Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways).
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce release cycles and sandbox refreshes.
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.
  
  

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features.
• Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Familiarity with SOQL, Apex, and Lightning components.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
