Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow solutions specific to the telecom domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow modules (SOM-T, TSM, FSM) into existing processes
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on ServiceNow functionalities
• Monitor and report on system performance and key metrics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, specifically in the telecom domain
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: SOM-T, TSM, and FSM
• Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices is preferred
