Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in a senior/lead role.
- Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules in ServiceNow.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, etc.).
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
