About The Role

The ServiceNow automation developer works as part of the Digital Automations and Integrations technology team to design, creation and maintain ServiceNow Automation Solutions.

What You Will Do

• Develop, configure and maintain custom workflows, scripts and automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Manage automation-related projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to organizational best practices and governance standards, including code reviews, documentation, and change control.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for available solutions.
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• 3+ years of experience designing/developing complex business automation solutions.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, scripting and platform architecture.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity, along with expertise in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a corporate setting and comfort interacting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Confidence working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, often with ambiguity and requiring the ability to pivot.
• Empathy for colleagues in different circumstances, enabling you to tailor materials to their needs.
• Experience working in a distributed multi-national team environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills.
  
  

Bonus Points if You Have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one or more advanced certifications (i.e. Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with ServiceNow RPA Hub or third-party RPA Tools (UIPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Proficiency creating AI agents and bots.
• Experience in global, multi-cultural companies.
