Your Role

• Lead Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-value programs.
• Manage planning, budgeting, P&L, risk, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive automation, tools implementation, and operational efficiency.
• Champion business cases and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor teams and foster collaboration across functions.
• Ensure quality through rigorous processes and controls.
• Travel to client/project locations as required.
  
  

Your Profile

• Techno-functional expertise in Java or .Net.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
• Experience in application development and delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow.
• Scrum Master certification (mandatory); PMP preferred.
