The Opportunity:
The Senior Technical Recruiter manages the full cycle hiring process for engineering and technical roles, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver effective recruitment strategies. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and evaluating qualified technical talent at all levels, while ensuring a streamlined and inclusive candidate experience aligned with team goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and successfully closing candidates in competitive talent markets.
Ensure High-Quality Recruitment Processes: Drive consistent pipeline activity, coordinate interview debriefs, and deliver a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey
Talent Mapping & Sourcing Expertise:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of talent mapping, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels—such as direct sourcing, social media, networking, and industry events—to identify and engage qualified candidates
Conduct Effective Interviews: Perform comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with the company’s culture and values.
Collaborate with Business Leaders: Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to gather and clarify talent requirements, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and ensure successful delivery of hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires, fostering a positive and engaging employee experience from the start.
- Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics, provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, and identify areas for improvement & suggest process changes
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards in recruitment processes.
- Working aligned to the companys values, in the promotion of an inclusive workplace, and in the achievement of our company vision and key strategies.
Skills/Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in in-house Recruitment, 3+ yrs in Tech Recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle technical recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth technology or product-driven environments.
- Deep sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and other developer or technical communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering hiring outcomes aligned with team and business goals.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, along with experience using data and reporting to inform and optimize recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative hiring practices is a plus.
