What youll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual for critical, multi-year initiatives such as Salesforce Platform Hardening and Technical Debt Remediation. This role is accountable for driving security, scalability, performance, and platform hygiene programs across the entire Salesforce ecosystem. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Security, and Revenue Operations, to ensure structured execution and measurable outcomes. Leading through influence, you must provide visibility and disciplined program governance while managing executive-ready communication and structured risk management. Finally, you are expected to operate effectively during "code-red" escalations, consistently driving clarity and maintaining strong communication SLAs under competing priorities.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager, Program Management.

Responsibility

  • Define program charters, scope, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria. Drive delivery across all technical workstreams, including security remediation (e.g., least-privilege models), platform hygiene, performance, scalability, and technical debt reduction initiatives
  • Maintain and evolve a multi-year roadmap for Salesforce Platform Hardening and Technical Debt initiatives, ensuring continuity across fiscal planning cycles
  • Establish and maintain program governance via structured execution discipline including maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), enforcing communication protocols, and ensuring disciplined participation in key ceremonies (DSM, QBRs, exec reviews)
  • Align priorities across all Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business stakeholders
  • Translate technical remediation efforts into clear, executive-level risk narratives while ensuring binary clarity on ownership and deadlines and balancing execution detail with executive storytelling across all structured executive summaries and program dashboards
  • Serve as the single intake and prioritization control point for assigned programs, ensuring new requests are evaluated against committed milestones and do not dilute delivery focus
  • Define and track measurable outcomes (e.g., % remediation completed, risk reduction trends, performance improvements, milestone adherence), and ensure progress is transparent to senior leadership
  • Improve planning discipline and dependency resolution, and treat program artifacts (status, pre-reads) as integral to delivery rather than optional overhead

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 9+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-stream security or platform hardening programs
  • Experience managing cross-functional dependencies across global teams
  • Experience building dashboards and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Preferred

  • Experience driving Salesforce security remediation initiatives
  • Familiarity with access governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and least-privilege enforcement
  • Experience working in regulated environments (SOX, PCI, ISO, SOC)
  • Experience building governance playbooks and reusable TPM artifacts
  • Exposure to performance/scalability optimization programs
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading technical teams
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governance principles
  • Proven ability to operate effectively during escalations and high-priority incidents
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization discipline and a bias for structured execution
