Your Role

  • Support ISCO Controlling and ensure compliance with the end-to-end World Cost of Goods Sold (WCOGs) process according to group expectations.
  • Implement a sustainable and standardized methodical approach for working with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality of underlying master data and value chains for accurate group cost calculations.
  • Supporting the execution of the local standard costing process (framework, advice, and regular touchpoints on master data accuracy).
  • Advising on the appropriate use of WCOGs information in business cases.
  • Serve as the main contact person for commercial controlling, addressing various requests related to WCOGs.
  • Support the Center of Expertise in driving global reporting processes.

Who You Are

  • University Degree or similar in accounting (CMA/ICWA), economics or business administration with good cost management accounting background
  • Knowledge of master data concept, value chains and standard costing
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Controlling
  • Proficient in Excel. TM1, relational database and SAP knowledge is a must
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment is a plus
  • Persistent with a strong desire to learn. Must be a team player
  • Result oriented and excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills allowing good working relationships
  • Fluent in business English (written & spoken)
