Your Role

• To manage, analyse, and transform regulatory data into actionable insights that support compliance, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of regulatory reports and analytics for Regulatory Function
• Data Management & Analysis and Retrieve, process, and analyse regulatory data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Optimize data retrieval processes using advanced SQL techniques for better performance.
• Regulatory Reporting and Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc regulatory compliance reports.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
• Develop and manage multipass complex reporting visualizations to consolidate multi-source data into actionable insights.
• Work closely with global regulatory teams, quality assurance, and safety functions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data availability, definitions, and analytics processes.
• Process & System Improvement and Participate in projects to enhance data retrieval, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Work with data platforms such as Palantir Foundry (or equivalent) for managing and integrating large datasets.
• Leverage regulatory systems such as Veeva Vault RIMS and LifeSphere for data management and reporting.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline regulatory data workflows.
• Audit & Inspection Readiness and to Ensure all datasets, reports, and processes are audit ready.
• Support inspections by providing accurate and timely data.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and interactive reporting.
• Strong SQL expertise with a focus on query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Experience working with data platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIMS and LifeSphere for regulatory information management and safety data handling.
• Expertise in Multipass complex reporting visualization for advanced analytics solutions.
