Job Title: Senior QA Tester

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale robust automation solutions that ensure high-quality and reliable software releases. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Selenium (Java)–based automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD integration, along with the ability to guide teams in transitioning from manual to automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust automation frameworks using Selenium (Java), TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and industry-standard design patterns such as Page Object Model (POM), Factory, Data-Driven, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA teams to drive the transition from manual testing to automation by conducting training sessions, creating automation guidelines, and defining a clear automation roadmap.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test suites for UI functional testing, regression testing, and API testing, including API validations using Bruno.
• Integrate automation test execution into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Implement and manage test execution reports using Allure, Extent Reports, or equivalent reporting tools.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to ensure quality, reliability, and stability across releases.
• Analyze automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Continuously enhance automation coverage and maintain test scripts in line with evolving product features and requirements.
  
  
  

• 6–8 years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java.
• Proficiency with TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and automation framework development.
• Solid understanding of automation design patterns and best practices.
• Experience in API testing and validation, preferably using Bruno or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with test reporting tools like Allure or Extent Reports.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
