PMP, Agile PM, or equivalent certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Craft Methodology & Standards: Apply structured methodology and lead project/change management activities.
E2E Project Management: Independently lead complex end-to-end (E2E) projects from scoping to execution, analysis, recommendation, and implementation, delivering significant value to the business.
Project Initiation & Planning: Define and document objectives, requirements, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and success criteria. Develop roadmaps, cost estimates, and program deliverables.
Project Implementation & Completion: Execute project plans, track/report progress, ensure timely delivery, and manage smooth handover to business-as-usual operations.
Project Governance: Design and implement governance structures, maintain project management frameworks/templates, and drive continuous improvement.
Delivery & Impact: Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value on time and within scope/budget. Collaborate across multiple teams to drive impactful change.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related queries. Engage and manage geographically diverse stakeholders up to Director level.
Success Metrics: Define and measure success criteria for projects/workstreams.
Facilitation: Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions to support project delivery and alignment.
