What is this role all about?

We are building a next-generation Voice AI platform that is already live with customers and solving real, large-scale conversational use cases. Having validated core capabilities and platform stability, we are now entering the next phase of evolution — scaling the product, deepening intelligence, and building industry-first voice experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the end-to-end product roadmap, drive innovation across conversational intelligence, and partner closely with engineering, ML, and delivery teams to take the platform from strong foundation to category-defining leadership.

This is a hands-on role for someone excited about shaping a 0→1 product that already has real-world traction, not a greenfield experiment.

Product Vision & Roadmap

  • Own and evolve the long-term roadmap for the Voice AI platform
  • Identify opportunities to move from feature-complete to experience-led and intelligence-led differentiation
  • Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform bets

Conversational & Voice Intelligence

  • Drive product decisions around conversation flow, turn-taking, barge-in handling, latency, and naturalness
  • Partner with ML teams to translate advances in LLMs, speech models, and multimodal systems into usable product capabilities
  • Define what “human-like voice interaction” means at scale

Platform & Ecosystem Thinking

  • Build the product as a platform — APIs, integrations, extensibility, and enterprise-readiness
  • Ensure the product scales across industries, use cases, and volumes
  • Work closely with delivery and presales teams to convert learnings into reusable product capabilities

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Drive alignment across engineering, ML, design, QA, and delivery
  • Make trade-offs with clarity and data
  • Own PRDs, success metrics, and release outcomes end-to-end

Customer & Market Insight

  • Stay close to customers, implementations, and live deployments
  • Translate real production feedback into roadmap priorities
  • Track competitive landscape and ensure the product stays ahead

This is a Bengaluru based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Success means making Voice AI feel as natural and human as possible, while pragmatically navigating technological and enterprise constraints. It reflects measurable improvements in conversation quality, reliability, and real-world usability at scale.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here Are The Basic Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, voice, conversational systems, or platforms
  • Proven experience owning a 0→1 or early-stage platform that has gone live and scaled
  • Strong systems thinking — able to reason about architecture, workflows, and real-time systems
  • Comfortable working with ML, speech, and backend engineering teams
  • Bias for execution with a strong product intuition
  • Ability to communicate confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
