Role Overview

Bebetta is looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is deeply hands-on with SQL and passionate about using data to drive product decisions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business teams to analyze user behavior, measure product performance, and turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.

This is a doer role, not a dashboard-only role — strong querying, problem-solving, and analytical thinking are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) to extract and analyze large datasets
• Analyze product funnels, user journeys, retention, and cohort behavior
• Define and track product KPIs (activation, engagement, conversion, churn)
• Partner with Product Managers to support roadmap and feature prioritization
• Perform A/B test analysis and experiment measurement
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reports (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI)
• Translate data insights into clear recommendations and narratives
• Ensure data quality and consistency across product metrics
  
  

• Strong hands-on SQL expertise (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst / Business Analyst
• Solid understanding of product analytics concepts (funnels, cohorts, metrics)
• Experience working with large datasets in a data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
• Ability to independently explore data and solve ambiguous product problems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Experience with Python or R for analysis
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical concepts
• Experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, or SaaS products
• Exposure to event-based tracking tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
