Senior Principal Engineer - TEMENOS INDIA PRIVATE LTD

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Principal Engineer to lead complex software development projects, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions within our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions, adhering to best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Spearhead application development efforts, including the compilation and decompilation of code, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Champion user experience (UX) design, translating complex user requirements into intuitive and effective Graphical User Interfaces (GUI).
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
• Manage and configure computer systems, including portal servers, and oversee WAN switching and firmware configurations to maintain robust IT infrastructure.
• Oversee IT testing processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and the identification of defects.
• Document and model user requirements meticulously, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Drive program installation and versioning control strategies, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of software.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, employing strong action planning to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a high level of digital literacy, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends within Information Technology (IT).
  
  

• Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Deep expertise in application development, including proficiency in compiling and decompiling code.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability in User Experience (UX) Design and Graphical User Interface (GUI) development.
• Proficient in computer system configuration, including portal server configuration, WAN switching, and firmware configuration.
• Solid experience with IT Testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent skills in documenting and modeling user requirements.
