Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Principal Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, expertise in various technical domains, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric applications.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Lead and participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure software solutions, leveraging expertise in application development and computer system configuration.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and new requirements, translating complex user needs into detailed technical specifications and graphical user interface (GUI) designs.
• Drive the development of new features and functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and version control.
• Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting, including compiling and decompiling code to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee and actively participate in IT testing activities, ensuring the quality and performance of developed applications.
• Configure and manage various system components, including portal servers, WAN switching, and firmware, to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Document and model user requirements meticulously, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in Information Technology (IT) to continuously enhance our technical capabilities.
• Actively participate in action planning sessions, contributing to strategic initiatives and project roadmaps.
• Support program installation and configuration processes for various software applications.
• Contribute to and advocate for exceptional User Experience (UX) Design principles throughout the development process.
  
  

• Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Application Development and related programming languages/frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Computer System Configuration and IT Testing methodologies.
• Experience with Graphical User Interface (GUI) design and development.
• Familiarity with Portal Server Configuration and WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration.
• Ability to effectively Document and Model User Requirements.
• Experience with Version Control systems and Program Installation processes.
• Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles.
• Proficiency in Compiling and Decompiling Code for advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform detailed Assessment.
• Excellent Digital Literacy and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to drive Action Planning and strategic initiatives.
• A strong commitment to Information Technology (IT) security best practices.
