Job Description

OFSS Consulting is part of Financial Services Global unit and provides a variety of consulting services covering new implementations, upgrades, Customization and Managed services for a variety of Industry leading products like FLEXCUBE, DIGIX – Oracle Digital Banking experience, Analytics, Pricing and Billing, Leasing and Lending and Oracle Banking Products covering Retail, Corporate, Investment and Wealth and Private banking domains.

Position Description

We are seeking aspirational graduates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. The position will be a PMO reporting to Delivery Manager or Project Manager or Department Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking and reporting of Project or Department KPIs
• Preparing reporting templates, driving adoption and use
• Support in ensuring process compliance.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
• Prepare minutes of meeting, action items, and track them.
• Adherence to Oracle internal processes
• Working with different internal stake holders in Oracle
  
  
  

Your Skills & Experience

• Good Process knowledge.
• Participation in PMO activities in projects is useful
• Should have good experience on OFFICE tools – MSOFFICE
• Exposure to using tools for collaboration and communication
• Needs to be process oriented and ensure strict adherence to organizational controls and discipline.
• Certifications in any PMO areas like PRINCE, PMP etc will be useful but not necessary.
• Usage of tools like Confluence, Slack, Trello, V isio, Balsamiq, Pencil, SmartDraw, Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
• Excellent documentation skills

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Science or Finance and Accounting. Or any Graduation is required.
• Should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience
