Job Overview
Are you ready to help develop the future of Internal Audit at a globally respected technology leader? At Arm, we’re building an Internal Audit function that goes beyond assurance — one that delivers insight, innovation, and impact.
We operate as an integrated One Audit Team, delivering risk based operational, compliance (SOX, ISO), and technology audits. Right now, we’re on an exiting journey to embed AI, data analytics, and agile audit methods into how we work, enabling us to deliver faster, smarter, and more valuable audits.
As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in delivering this vision. You’ll lead and conduct risk-based audits that evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organisation — while helping us improve what Internal Audit can achieve. This role leads cross‑border audits spanning multiple geographies and time zones, collaborating with audit customers worldwide to deliver a comprehensive, enterprise‑wide view of risks and controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver risk-based internal audits under the supervision of an Internal Audit Manager.
- Prepare high-quality audit documentation, following a defined risk-based methodology (Scoping, work-papers, close-out meetings, and reporting).
- Assess key risks and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to address them.
- Prepare clear, insightful audit reports, articulating findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Partner with action owners to ensure audit issues are addressed effectively.
- Help crafting our evolving methodology, supporting our ambition to be ahead of the pack in using data and AI in audit.
Required Skills And Experience
- 5+ years experience conducting internal audits, with strong knowledge of risk-based auditing.
- Proven experience in planning and leading audits end-to-end (Scoping, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage interested parties at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Professional audit qualification (CIA, CMIIA, CPA/CA/ACCA, CISA, or equivalent).
“Nice To Have” Skills And Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience within the semiconductor or related technology industries.
- Knowledge of auditing compliance requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001);
- Data analytics skills and experience with visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in using AI in Internal Audit (Chatbots, Agents)
Why Join Arm’s Internal Audit Team?
This is not Internal Audit as usual. You’ll be joining at a time of
transformation and investment — where you’ll have the opportunity to use modern tools, explore innovative ways, and help develop how assurance is delivered across the business.
You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of audits — from
strategic risk-based reviews, compliance assurance and advisory — all while working in a team that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning.
If you’re looking to accelerate your career, expand your skills, and be part of a team that is redefining the role of Internal Audit in an outstanding technology company, this role is for you.
