At Ericsson, We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Infra System Expert with hands-on experience in managing Juniper and Extreme switches, Linux system administration, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high availability of systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and troubleshoot Juniper & Extreme switches, including Border Leaf Switches.

Manage firmware upgrades, switch boot processes, backups, and ACLs.

Handle VLANs, trunking, and switch port configurations.

Troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, CNIS, and Calico networking.

Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux, including LVM and cluster management.

Perform patching, backups, and hardware troubleshooting (HP/Dell).

Manage SAN topology, MPIO, and SDN concepts.

Conduct root cause analysis and apply ITIL processes.

Optimize TCP/IP network performance.

Mandatory Skills:

Juniper & Extreme switch configuration

Border Leaf Switch management

VLANs, ACLs, SDN, switch stacking

Kubernetes (certified), Calico, CNIS

Red Hat Linux system administration

SAN & MPIO troubleshooting

Hardware replacement (Juniper, Extreme, HP, Dell)

ITIL process knowledge

Good to Have:

Ansible, Linux scripting

Red Hat Certification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

8+ years in network & systems engineering

Kubernetes and Red Hat certifications preferred
