What Makes You a Great Fit
We are seeking a Senior Immigration Specialist APAC to join our Immigration team, with primary responsibility for the APAC region. This full-time, remote position will support corporate clients and their employees in securing work and residence permits across multiple countries, focusing on APAC while maintaining the flexibility to manage cases in other global regions as needed. The role reports directly to our Global Director of Immigration.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage immigration casework from initiation to completion, including case assessment, documentation collection, submission, and monitoring progress through to approval.
- Assess candidate eligibility for sponsorship and ensure the accuracy and completeness of submitted information.
- Serve as the liaison between candidates, global immigration partners, and governmental authorities, ensuring effective communication and timely progression of immigration processes.
- Provide clear, accurate advice on immigration laws, regulations, and local compliance requirements relevant to each jurisdiction within the APJ region and beyond.
- Guide clients and candidates on policy impacts, process expectations, and timelines.
- Manage the full life cycle of each supported candidate’s immigration needs, including maintaining accurate records, tracking visa expirations, and proactively alerting clients of upcoming deadlines.
- Partner closely with the Client and Employee Experience teams and external service providers to ensure seamless onboarding of new international hires.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a commitment to superior client service.
- Demonstrate strong accountability for meeting project timelines, influencing internal and external stakeholders to adhere to agreed schedules and deliverables.
- Stay current with immigration trends, laws, and policy updates within the APJ region and internationally, continuously contributing to improvements in internal knowledge and processes.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process optimization to enhance client and candidate experience.
- Ensure full compliance with local immigration authorities and regulations across relevant jurisdictions.
- Lead or contribute to global cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and compliance outcomes.

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Immigration or Global Mobility within APJ and exposure to other global markets.
- Strong research orientation, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fast learner capable of understanding complex global operations across 180+ countries.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Proficiency in G Suite and other standard business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a consultative and service-oriented approach.
- Genuine interest in international corporate immigration and mobility programs.
- Proven ability to deliver consistently high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
- Business proficiency in English is required.
- Additional language proficiency in a major APAC regional language is highly preferred.
- Fluency in additional global languages is a plus.
This role will be based in Bengaluru, India, and is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
