Job Description

Senior Full-Stack Engineer — ESG Web Platform (React + FastAPI)

Team: BRAD (Building Design Automation + Configuration Tools)

Location: Bengaluru (IISc Campus) | Full-Time | Onsite

Focus

Own the ESG web application end-to-end — blending rich front-end UX with robust APIs, authentication, and persistence that expose BRAD’s automation engines.

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable, production-grade features using React + Redux/RTK + Tailwind and Python/FastAPI services.
• Design and implement clean REST APIs, data models, and caching layers (SQL today; evaluate MongoDB where suitable).
• Integrate Azure AD OAuth/OIDC; manage auth, session, and security flows.
• Stand up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with test automation and observability.
• Collaborate with backend/systems engineers to surface procedural design automation workflows in the ESG app.
• Experiment with agentic patterns — BRAD’s in-house agent runtime enables low-latency generative behavior.
  
  

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, EE, or related; 5–8 years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in React/TypeScript, component design, and performance optimization.
• Backend fluency in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) with SQL schema design and query tuning.
• Experience with OAuth/OIDC, session management, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
