Job Responsibilities

• Website Ownership and DevelopmentDevelop, and maintain responsive landing pages and microsites to support lead generation, ABM campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. Translate Figma designs into mobile-optimized, fast-loading, and cross-browser compatible experiences using HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 4. Work with existing systems using Django (Python), WordPress (PHP), and MySQL to ensure maintainability and integration with back-end workflows. Manage deployment of web assets and updates through CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and CircleCI, ensuring smooth and timely releases.

• CMS & Content WorkflowBuild and maintain scalable CMS-based digital experiences using WordPress, including plugin customization, modular template development, and backend configuration. Empower marketing and content teams by creating editable templates that reduce reliance on developers and accelerate content publishing.

• Performance, SEO, and AnalyticsOptimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and minimize page bloat to enhance performance and user experience. Implement monitoring scripts, SEO metadata, and tagging structures to support discoverability and ranking goals. Set up and manage tracking pixels, lead capture forms, and analytics configurations to enable campaign performance measurement and website behavior insights.

• Experimentation and CROSupport marketing in running A/B tests and iterative experiments by developing variants of landing pages and lead forms. Build and maintain CRO-focused components such as gated content modules, CTAs, and demo request forms.

• Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to convert creative direction into high-impact web assets. Leverage tools like Cloudinary for optimized media delivery.

What are we looking for?

• 4 - 6 years of experience in full stack web development for marketing teams.
• Hands - on experience with HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap 4, Django (Python), and WordPress (PHP)
• Working knowledge of MySQL and media delivery platforms like Cloudinary
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Strong eye for design alignment, load performance, and user flow optimization
