How Youll Contribute

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including PO creation, validation, and amendments.
• Manage vendor registration, onboarding, purchase orders, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on order placement, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to meet business needs.
• Track supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and procurement data.
• Partner with the finance team on invoicing and payment processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and escalations.
• Identify cost optimization and growth opportunities to improve P&L.
• Plan for seasonal demand and negotiate optimal pricing with vendors.
  
  

Who You Are:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies and market analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support procurement decisions.
• Proven skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Experience with contract management and compliance.
• Familiarity with supplier and third-party management tools.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
