As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from requirements to development, to implementation in production environments. This senior position is very hands-on and requires a strong ability to adapt to challenging problems and an intense desire to work as part of a cohesive team. All team members are expected to keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks and to display industry competitive skills and techniques.   

  

What will you do:  

• Participate in the design, solution, code, troubleshoot, resolve, and test software features and components in an Agile/Scrum environment as part of a Full Stack team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software requirements.
• Lead coding efforts for specific modules or features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.
  
  

  

What will you bring:  

• 5+ years of strong Pega engineering experience with versions 8.1 or higher, some experience with version 24.1 or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of strong front-end / UI engineering experience specifically using Pega - Theme Cosmos, hands-on Constellation experience would be an advantage.
• 5+ years of strong back-end engineering experience in Java specifically in Spring, Spring boot framework would be an advantage.
• 5+ years of strong experience on Pega Integration Backend, Connect Rest, Connect Soap, Service Rest, Service Soap, Pega API, etc.
• Strong debugging skills using tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI.
• Demonstrable experience building world-class, consumer web application interfaces.
• Understanding of Oracle, MySQL database, SQL, and Postgres SQL.
• Experiencing writing unit tests for UI components using Pega Test Management Framework and end-to-end functional testing.
• Working experience with browser APIs, and passion for optimizing front end performance
• Experience providing oversight, code-reviews, and guidance to less experienced engineers
• Bachelors degree in related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training required
  
  

  

What will set you apart:  

• Any experience with Pega CRM, Knowledge Management and Process Fabric.
• Any experience with web service development and basic AWS architecture.
• Experience with Git, Java, Maven, and/or Hudson/Jenkins are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to engage with the business on requirement discussions.
