Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Directory Services and Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. This role is critical to designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable authentication services across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in IAM and directory services, a strong background of successful project delivery, and the ability to work across global teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures across enterprise platforms.
• Handle directory infrastructure including Active Directory, LDAP, secure LDAP, SSO, and federation technologies.
• Lead implementation of key initiatives such as multi-factor authentication and password-less authentication strategies.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of IAM services across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support vendor and technology evaluation related to IAM solutions.
• Communicate the value and impact of IAM and Directory Services to customers at global, regional, and functional levels.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT, with a strong focus on IAM and directory services.
• Proven success in leading and delivering challenging identity and access projects.
• Technical proficiency in LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and related security technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM platforms such as Azure AD and AWS IAM is preferred.
• Ability to implement large-scale multi-factor authentication solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM trends, frameworks, and implementation practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
