Job Summary

He/She will design, develop, and implement new ideas and products for software applications and solutions

Roles And Responsibilities

• Writing secure, reusable, efficient code to high standards and enforcing the same on peers through code reviews and TDD
• Working with the Product Owner, Product Manager, Architect and other leads within the team reviewing project\feature specifications
• Working with the Architect and other leads architecturally designing and delivering high quality, secure and performant features
• Participate in all phases of the lifecycle from understanding requirements through development and finally to any post deployment maintenance
• Working within an Agile team implementing features and guiding juniors throughout.
• Taking ownership of sprints, features and implementations hitting tight deadlines when needed and reporting on the same to managers
  
  

• 5-7 years’ experience in the software industry
• Expert level programming in C#, ASP.Net, .Net, .NET Core, Javascript, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, APIs
• Proven experience designing and writing secure and performant applications
• Experience writing both technical and functional design specifications for product features
• Drive for innovation and learning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across cultures and a proven track record mentoring juniors
• Good understanding of version control system like GIT, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (basic), CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines)
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot for rapid application development, enabling faster prototyping and code generation. Proven ability to integrate AI-driven suggestions to streamline workflows and accelerate project delivery timelines.
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and interest in furthering understanding of designs and best practices for cloud services
  
  

• Experience writing apps hosted within AWS and utilizing the services and platform provided by AWS. If the candidate has Azure exposure this is also accepted
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus
• Experience in serverless technologies, microservices, GraphQL
• Experience in DevOps

• Ability to cultivate interpersonal relationships and work well within a team.
