Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Reltio’s AI-driven product portfolio. This leader will define how Reltio’s data platform evolves into an AI-powered ecosystem — integrating generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation across our core data management and customer experience offerings.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping product direction, influencing executive strategy, and driving measurable business outcomes across our AI investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Agentic AI Product Vision & Strategy: Establish Reltio’s multi-year roadmap for Agentic AI capabilities across data quality, entity resolution, insights, and customer 360 solutions.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to translate AI research and platform advancements into customer-ready solutions.
• Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with enterprise customers, understanding use cases, feedback, and adoption barriers to guide prioritization.
• Metrics & Impact: Develop KPIs to measure AI-driven productivity, product velocity, and value creation — aligning to board-level reporting.
• Market & Ecosystem Leadership: Represent Reltio’s AI strategy externally — in analyst briefings, customer summits, and thought-leadership forums.
• Build & Mentor High-Performing PM Teams: Coach senior PMs and cross-functional squads to operate in an AI-first, experimentation-driven model.
  
  

• 15+ years of total experience, with 10+ years in Product Management and at least 5 years leading AI/ML or data platform products.
• Proven success building enterprise SaaS or data platform products that leverage AI/ML for automation or insight generation.
• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, data pipelines, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience with MDM, CDP, analytics, or data integration platforms is highly desirable but not a prerequisite.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills — comfortable influencing across C-suite and engineering leadership.
• Track record of delivering measurable outcomes: faster release cycles, productivity improvements, and customer ROI.
