About The Role
We are looking for a MarTech Consultant Lead who sits at the intersection of business strategy, marketing technology, and data platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise across Salesforce, GCP, and modern MarTech ecosystems, with a deep understanding of how to translate marketing goals into actionable technology solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to identify MarTech use cases, define architectural blueprints, and shape data-driven marketing roadmaps that unlock measurable growth. This is a technofunctional leadership role — ideal for someone who can bridge marketing, data, and engineering, while driving innovation and adoption across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MarTech discovery and strategy engagements, assessing client maturity and defining phased transformation roadmaps.
- Identify and frame high-value use cases spanning segmentation, personalization, attribution, and activation.
- Design cross-platform architectures connecting Salesforce (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM), GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI), and other tools such as Snowflake, Adobe, or Clean Rooms.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical blueprints, and integration workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and analytics teams to ensure scalable and privacy compliant implementation.
- Support presales and consulting efforts — crafting RFP responses, proposals, and presenting solution POVs to senior stakeholders (CMOs, CTOs, CDOs).
- Partner with business leaders to quantify impact, measure ROI, and establish performance frameworks for implemented solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (GenAI, identity, data privacy, AI-driven personalization) and convert them into practical recommendations for clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Data Consulting.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM) and GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI).
- Proven ability to define end-to-end MarTech architectures and integration flows across data, CRM, and activation layers.
- Solid understanding of CDP, DCR, Attribution, API-based integrations, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, explaining complex technology in simple, actionable terms.
- Demonstrated experience in use case ideation and prioritization, particularly in CPG, BFSI, or Retail domains.
- Excellent presentation, consulting, and storytelling skills — capable of leading C-level workshops and internal enablement sessions.
Preferred Background & Certifications
- Prior experience in consulting, agency, or digital transformation environments.
- Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud certification preferred.
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Data Engineer certification (good to have).
- Exposure to Adobe, Snowflake, or other cloud-based marketing ecosystems. What Success Looks Like
