About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer to work on enterprise-scale healthcare data platforms. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about SQL performance, Snowflake optimization, and modern ELT pipelines using DBT.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to design and optimize business-critical data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop & optimize SQL stored procedures and data models
• Build scalable data pipelines using Snowflake & DBT
• Perform query tuning, indexing, partitioning & performance optimization
• Work on data warehousing & ETL/ELT solutions
• Debug and resolve complex production data issues
• Collaborate with Architects & Product teams on solution design
• Support deployments and handle escalations when required
  
  

• 3–5 years strong experience in SQL development
• Hands-on MS SQL Server performance tuning & optimization
• Solid experience with Snowflake (query tuning, cost optimization)
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing & ETL concepts
• Hands-on with DBT / DBT Cloud
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory or similar ETL tools
• Experience with Git / Azure DevOps
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum / Kanban
