Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Order to Cash processes. This role will be instrumental in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions that support end-to-end Order to Cash operations, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, logistics, finance, and IT to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash

solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements,

translating them into functional specifications.

 Configure and support SAP SD modules including order management, pricing,

availability checks, delivery processing, billing, and credit management.

 Drive integration between SAP and external systems (e.g., CRM, TMS, 3PL) to

ensure seamless Order to Cash workflows.

Support data migration, testing, and user training during SAP S/4HANA

implementations or upgrades.

 Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Order to Cash processes, providing

guidance on process improvements and system enhancements.

 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Order to Cash

transactions.

 Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements

(e.g., SOX, ASC 606).

 Partner with finance and revenue teams to support revenue recognition and

reporting requirements.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related

field.

 7+ years of experience in SAP SD modules with a focus on Order to Cash,

including at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

 Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes including sales

order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.

 Experience with revenue recognition (RAR), integration with CRM and logistics

systems, and data migration strategies.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA is a plus.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors.

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.

 Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and user experience design.
