Job Title : Senior Associate Manager - Production

Key Result Areas:

• Lead Installation on new line set up of Automated paint booth, (Robotic paint shop).
• Establish Painting process for Plastic parts right from development stage, Qualification to mass production stage.
• Work with Program team and Implement New Product Transition within desired timelines.
• Should Handle End to end Operations of Paint shop including Production & Maintenance planning.
• Lead team of 15-20 employees Training of Employees on painting process & Team development.
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Develop Process Documentations for Painting includes Work Instructions for Process and Equipment’s, FMEA, PFD.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Usage and Maintenance of Paint shop Equipment’s like spray guns, pumps, blowers, Exhaust systems, Filters and Filtration systems, Temperature and Humidity Maintaining Systems, De humidifiers, DFT meters, Spectrometers.
• In-depth knowledge of painting process with Solvent based paints for Plastic parts painting.
• Hands on Experience in running day to day operations and trouble shooting in Automated /Robotic Paint Booth.
• Should be able to guide teams to conduct TPM for Paint Booth, Basic Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities.
• Trouble shooting Quality issues in Paint shop such as Glossy, Color, Parameters, Dust level.
• Should have knowledge on lean tools and Practices. OEE, Set up reduction, cost reduction, SPC.
• Drive continuous improvement activities, CT reduction projects, Process improvement, machine availability through lean techniques.
• Knowledge of Quality tools and systems required. Exposure to AS 9100 and Nadcap Requirements an Additional Benefit and Current Best practices in Industry. (Industry 4.0)
• Planning, Organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations in paint shop and meet Customers’ expectations on Delivery, Quality Cost.
• Work along with Program Management Production Planning, SQA, Engineering, QC and other functions.
