Job Summary

As an Analytics & Solution Delivery Lead within the Break Resolution and Analytics team (BRAT), you drive strategic direction and mentor high-performing teams. You oversee the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business insights. You collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics strategy with organizational goals and ensure quality outputs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Analytics & Solution Delivery team, providing mentorship and strategic guidance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of analytics outputs, including reports and dashboards.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in data management and analytics methodologies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for successful project execution.
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and analytics best practices.
  • Utilize BI tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, UiPath, Tableau, and QlikView for process improvement.
  • Support operational teams in self-solve mode to improve efficiency and process quality.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Demonstrate 7+ years of experience in end-to-end trade lifecycle management.
  • Manage teams of 5+ members for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Exhibit extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Apply strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
  • Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and understand data warehousing concepts.
  • Communicate effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels with exceptional interpersonal skills.
