Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Senior Associate – Client Service to manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring successful campaign delivery.

The role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, high-quality execution, and long-term client retention. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and effective collaborator who can manage multiple accounts while driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and performance.
• Understand client brands, objectives, and expectations to ensure alignment.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and performance review meetings.

2. Account Strategy & Delivery

• Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and campaign goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations aligned with business outcomes.
• Manage multiple accounts ensuring campaigns are delivered within scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure consistent service quality and client satisfaction.

3. Campaign & Project Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Content, SEO, and Paid Media teams for campaign execution.
• Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and campaign progress.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Ensure smooth execution across all campaign stages.

4. Feedback & Quality Control

• Collect, document, and communicate client feedback clearly.
• Coordinate revisions and approvals to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.

5. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare and present campaign performance reports with KPIs and insights.
• Keep clients updated on campaign progress and results.
• Provide strategic inputs for campaign improvement.

6. Consulting & Account Growth

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services.
• Recommend campaign enhancements and additional solutions based on client needs.
• Support revenue growth and account expansion.

7. Industry Awareness

• Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor activities.
• Proactively bring insights and innovative ideas to clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management roles, preferably within a digital or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital campaign processes.
