Role Summary

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise workflow automation using Camunda. Define BPM architecture, enable scalable process orchestration, and integrate workflows with enterprise and cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design BPM architecture using BPMN/DMN with Camunda.
• Lead Camunda setup, configuration, and workflow deployment.
• Integrate Camunda with microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift or cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with CI/CD alignment.
• Establish governance, security, monitoring, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide teams on BPM best practices.

• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Microservices & event-driven architecture
• Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• CI/CD and database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  
  

• 12-15 years in BPM / Workflow architecture
• Engineering degree; Camunda certification is a plus
