Your Role

• Ensure web product data readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI), collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements and timelines.
• Manage product information using Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital channels.
• Audit and enhance product data quality, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain high standards in product representation.
• Create and utilize AI-driven tools to automate data management processes and improve efficiency in product information handling.
• Develop machine learning models to analyze product performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product management teams to implement effective data strategies that support e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product data management and e-commerce, particularly in AI applications
• Catalog and tag documentation and technical content for easier retrieval within tools such as SFDC and other content management toolsets (by product, segment, application, customer stage, and more).
• Expand inventory of technical content by identifying underutilized collateral, or documents and materials unknown to marketing, for use within digital tactics
  
  

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web product data management, e-commerce, or a similar role, with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and data quality management practices.
• Experience in creating and utilizing AI tools for data analysis and process automation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Demonstrates strong networking skills and the capacity to engage with subject matter experts to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Familiarity with machine learning and natural language concepts, alongside a demonstrable ability to devise, communicate, and implement information architecture strategies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, web content development, and the implications of product data structure on marketing strategies.
• Experience with scientific products and laboratory workflows
• Experience creating and communicating technical requirements to engineering teams
• Familiarity with database management concepts, and experience with advanced data manipulation techniques
• Experience working with PIM systems
• Understand the flow of e-Commerce product catalog information from search to checkout
