Looking for and Chartered Accountant with 1 to 2 years’ post qualification experience in audits, MIS review, Variance analysis & reporting background. Possess sound knowledge on AP/AR/GL process, statutory (Income tax/GST/ROC) compliances. Should be capable to take care of Various Region-specific PL/BS/GL & MIS ownership (APAC). Should have knowledge and experience in Drafting Financials and handling Audits and assessments. Adherence to internal Controls and Identifying and implementing process/controls improvements. Commitments to timeline and accuracy.

- PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for India and other APAC region entities PL/BS/GL, Compliance, Audits & MIS ownership (APAC):
- Review of accounts (P&L, B/s) from month end perspective based on given criteria’s.
- Passing necessary accounting entries, reclass entries on time for month end reviews.
- Variance analysis and reporting of the financial numbers in the given format.
- Review of accounting reconciliation and schedules of balance sheet & PL items.
- Monthly book closure on 2nd workday (WD) and final review on 3rd WD
- Addressing adhoc request/the queries and questions from management with a quick turnaround time by accommodating flexibly in work timing.
- Responsible for India and region (APAC) specific various Audits.
- Knowledge of AP/AR/GL process, statutory (Income tax/GST/ROC/MSME) compliances.
- Knowledge of accounting software migration/implementation.
- Adherence to Internal controls and identifying the areas of process improvement and implementation handled by self and work on process improvement.
- Ready to take additional responsibility when management is asked to do so.
- Skillful to balance the work to address different time zone and related communications whenever necessary.
Others:
Qualified CA is a must with audit, MIS review, analysis & reporting background.
AP/AR/GL process and statutory (Income tax/GST/ROC) compliances.
Experience around 1-2 years post qualification in accounts & audits and reporting.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools like advanced excel is necessary.
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with other global/regional leaders
Self-motivated to consistently work on the tasks given.
Timely responding to the mails/queries if any.
Keeping integrity/consistency in data model, responsible for delivering error free reports on time without much supervision.
Well coordination with peer group and finance group across organization to deliver KPI’s
Ability to solve few MIS related complex structures with the understanding of business need.
Knowledge of Blackline/Sage Intacct is an added advantage.
