Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational accounting knowledge who is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the AR function by managing customer invoicing, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret the contacts.
• Create Sales orders.
• Generate and send accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing AR aging reports and collection forecasts.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service) to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
