Job Description

As a SDE Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the build infrastructure development for our whole R&D team who is working for future-proof 5G solutions for indoor/outdoor and enterprise customers.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Led CI/CD pipeline automation, and participate regular SW build procedures and engage with SW development and R&D.
• Develop new scripts to introduce SW components for automated builds and reporting.
• Create pre-commit validation automation using Python or relevant scripts
• Provide SCM and build automation support to whole R&D teams bridging gap between different Software development teams
• Implement deployment strategies for multiple releases
• Ability to support integration of different telecom layer SW components L1, L2, L3 and top application
  
  

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of work experience in Telecom domain.
• Experience in software development and programming languages such as Python or C++.
• Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization platforms.
• Experience in Build and Release Engineering.
• Experience in CI/CD, and Configuration Management.
• Hands-on expertise in Jenkins, Git, Maven, and scripting languages like Shell and Python.
• Proven ability in deploying applications in both cloud and on premise environments. Version Control: Git, Subversion (SVN) Build Tools: Maven, Ant CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Hudson Deployment: Apache Tomcat, Docker Scripting: Shell, Python, Groovy
  
  

• Understanding of NXP LLDP and Yacto build environment.
• Knowledge of board bring up and testing sanity.
