Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to enable Agile delivery across platform, embedded, and cloud engineering teams working on scalable software and digital platform solutions. This role focuses on facilitating high-performing Agile teams, improving engineering flow, and ensuring alignment between product strategy, architecture, and delivery execution.

The ideal candidate understands the complexities of technical product development — including cross-team dependencies, system integrations, DevOps workflows, and distributed global teams — and can drive Agile maturity while maintaining delivery predictability.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective Agile execution across platform, embedded, and cloud engineering teams.
• Support teams in backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, identify risks, and help resolve blockers to maintain smooth engineering flow and release timelines.
• Coach teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team ownership.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, DevOps, and Product Owners to align technical roadmaps with delivery execution.
• Maintain Agile dashboards and reporting in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency and clear communication across distributed teams.
• Support release planning, integration activities, and scaled Agile practices where required.
• Drive retrospective outcomes into actionable improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and team performance.

Competencies:

Must Have Skills & Experience:

• 7–10 years of experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Minimum 3–5 years working as a Scrum Master for software or platform engineering teams.
• Experience supporting platform, embedded, or cloud-native development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and engineering workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to manage technical dependencies and facilitate cross-team collaboration.

Good to Have Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Experience working with embedded systems, platforms, or distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Technical background in software engineering, systems engineering, or cloud platforms.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or mission-critical product environments.

• Relevant Experience Required
