Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Scriptwriter / Copywriter who can craft engaging scripts for YouTube

videos, UGC ads, and performance marketing content. The role requires strong storytelling skills,

marketing understanding, and the ability to write scripts that drive audience engagement and

conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling scripts for:
• YouTube long-form videos
• YouTube Shorts & social media videos
• UGC & influencer-led ads
• Performance marketing & brand campaign videos
• Translate brand and marketing objectives into engaging video scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and brand teams to deliver high-performing content.
• Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Optimize scripts for engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Deliver scripts within tight timelines.
  
  

• Strong writing skills in English (mandatory).
• Ability to write in Telugu is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of digital marketing and video storytelling.
• Ability to write hooks, ad copies, and storytelling-driven scripts.
• Familiarity with YouTube and social media content formats.
• Ability to understand performance metrics and improve script outcomes.

• Can write both informative and entertaining content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment.
• Passionate about business, finance, and entrepreneurship content is a plus.
