These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In SAP supply chain and operations at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Position Requirements

Project Delivery

Actively create, orchestrate, and manage project structure and plan for effective delivery / execution

and overall project governance (Timelines, Budget, Project staffing, Delivery, Communication and

Quality adherence)

  • Ownership of all PMO activities from start to finish.
  • Effectively identify and manage dependencies within the project
  • Lead PMO intervention by supporting leadership and bring in efficiencies and standardization.
  • Overseeing / maintaining project documentation as per PMO processes within the project life cycle

Actively build positive and collaborative project working environment with clients, onshore and AC

teams.

Set up and lead effective governance with PMO processes to manage the delivery, RAID (Risks,

Actions, Issues and Decision), deliverables, project and quality stage gates, schedule, resourcing, and

costs. Project Delivery to be “On-Time and within budget”

Effectively manage project’s quality metrics / KPIs to “Track Green” at all times, take corrective actions

for blockers, put in proactive measures to overcome issue that impact project heath

Adopt and advocate usage of firm prescribed tools and software to manage project data, staffing

requirements, estimations, project finance etc.

Monitor and manage team goals, performance and ensure team understands how they align and

relate to broader business goals and strategies of the project

  • Manage Projects plans on Jira / In-house tools as applicable
  • Implement and execute project in Agile / firm prescribed methodology
  • Take ownership for knowledge sharing within the project and AC SAP PMO capability

Project Tracking And Reporting:

Accountable for timely and accurate project status updates in daily/weekly conference calls. Drive Insights for

informed decisions

Oversee / manage proactive stakeholder management.
