Your Role

• Lead warehouse transformation initiatives, including SAP EWM implementations and rollouts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, managing relationships and driving consensus on complex business solutions through fit-gap analysis and process mapping.
• Drive process improvements, recommending enhancements to tools and workflows, and preparing documentation and presentations per Capgemini and client standards.
• Oversee project execution, from estimation to post-implementation support, while managing small teams or contributing individually to deliver successful outcomes.

• Lead warehouse transformation and SAP EWM projects, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency during implementations and rollouts.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement, conducting fit-gap analysis and mapping business processes to SAP frameworks.
• Drive process and tool improvements, delivering recommendations and preparing documentation aligned with Capgemini and client standards.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including estimation, design, implementation, and support, while leading small teams or contributing individually.
