We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and a strong background across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management), ensuring alignment with business processes and scalable architecture.
This role demands both technical leadership and strategic business understanding, serving as the bridge between stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams. This is talented individual will be joining our Bridgestone Global Capability Center in Bangalore suporting Bridgestone Webfleet EU team
Experience Level: Mid–Senior (7+ years Salesforce experience, 2+ years Revenue Cloud)
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between Revenue Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Revenue Cloud components.
Oversee data modelling, pricing structures, and quote-to-cash process automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, QA, and project managers) to deliver successful implementations.
Partner with business leaders to understand commercial models, pricing strategies, and subscription management needs.
Communicate complex technical solutions in business-friendly terms.
Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Stay updated on Salesforce Revenue Cloud releases and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements.
Required
Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience across the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
2+ years of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing) implementation and support experience
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, pricing models, and subscription lifecycle management
Proven experience in designing scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices
Excellent understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), SOQL, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Triggers, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
